Camp Logos and the Mac version of Logos Bible Software

We’re often asked if Camp Logos is suitable for Mac Users. The answer is YES! While it is true that Logos Bible Software for Mac does not contain all of the features of its PC counterpart, it does contain the majority of Camp Logos features. The table below shows what is traditionally covered in a Camp Logos (although each one varies a little) and the comparative Mac Features. The two big subjects that are missing in the current release of Mac are Notes and Toolbars. We cover these two topics in two sessions that last 30-40 minutes each. During these sessions Mac users will feel "left out.” The other Camp Logos features not available in Mac are discussed, but not in such a way as to encourage Mac users to leave the room.

During the training, Morris will project the PC version from his laptop, but Mac users should have no trouble following along and converting Morris’ instructions to Mac “lingo.” Morris classroom assistant, Art Boose, is a Mac user himself and is present in most seminars to offer valuable help.

The Camp Logos manual that each participant receives is currently available for the PC AND Mac version. Most of these instructions are exactly the same for both platforms.

Camp Logos 2, however, is NOT currently suitable for Mac users.
